Jeff Franklin is the President of Service Partners Operations. Jeff joined TopBuild in 2015 as Regional Leader for TruTeam’s Mid-Atlantic and Northeast Regions, and was subsequently promoted to TruTeam’s Senior Vice President of Operations. Jeff has been working in the insulation business for more than 37 years. He started in 1982 after playing five years with the New York Mets. In 1994, his family sold their insulation business to Cary Insulation, which was later sold to Masco Contractor Services (MCS) in 1999. Jeff was with MCS for six years, serving as Vice President of Operations for MCS East Region and later as the East Region’s Chief Operating Officer.
Brady Adkins is the Vice President of Business Development for Service Partners. Prior to joining Service Partners, Brady was Director of Strategic National Accounts North America at Knauf Insulation where he led and managed a diverse customer portfolio. Brady spent 21 years with Knauf Insulation holding various positions with increased responsibility across various segments of the business, including Director of Sales and Contracting, Regional Management and Business Development. Brady earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis.
Jeff Beck is Vice President of Operations for ADO, Cell Pak and Gutters at Service Partners. Prior to joining Service Partners, Jeff held several regional operations leadership positions with Masco Contractor Services and TopBuild. He began his career as a project engineer for Holder Construction. He then worked for John Wieland Homes as a builder where he moved into supply chain management. In 1997, Jeff joined Quality Insulation as their National Director of Purchasing. After Quality Insulation was acquired by Masco Contractor Services in 2000, Jeff became Vice President of Product Development. Jeff graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a BS in Building Construction.
Randy Gallegos is Senior Vice President of Operations for Service Partners. Randy joined TopBuild in May 2018 through the USI merger acquisition. Prior to joining TopBuild, he was General Manager for a very successful distribution company in the Colorado Rockies. Randy is a seasoned leader with 30-plus years of industry experience.
Roger Martin is Senior Vice President of Operations at Service Partners. Roger joined TopBuild as Vice President of Operations in April 2019 for TruTeam’s North Central Region. Before joining TopBuild, Roger was Senior Vice President at CornellCookson and President of their Direct Sales and International Division. Roger has been in the building products industry since 2007, holding senior leadership positions at Wayne-Dalton and Overhead Door Corp. Prior to 2007, he held positions in engineering, manufacturing, and sales in the chemical industry with National Starch & Chemical and Valspar. Roger earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
Lonnie McCarron is the Vice President for Metal Building Products at Service Partners. Lonnie joined Service Partners in 2000 as the Vice President and General Manager of the Metal Building Insulation (MBI) business. In 2001, he also took on the responsibilities as President of Moore Products, a Service Partners company. Under restructuring, Lonnie was promoted to Senior Vice President of the Eastern Region. Prior to joining Service Partners from 1984 to 1999, Lonnie worked in several senior leadership positions at Mizell Brothers Co, a national MBI lamination company and became president in 1998. He also founded and operated a commercial retrofit insulation company.
